Georgetown's Design District, Cady's Alley, features international and local home furnishing retailers as well as trendy boutiques & accessories within an entire city block of Washington's historic Georgetown.  EastBanc, the project's developer, engaged several local architects to independently design one cohesively modern setting among turn-of-the-century industrial structures in the heart of Georgetown.  Cady's Alley complements locally-based antique and furnishing operators with the nation's leading high-end designers.  Baker Furniture anchors the development with 23,000 square feet of showroom space.

Cady's Alley is truly a unique shopping experience of pure design.  In-store design elements include lofted ceilings, glass and steel walls and stairs, exposed brick, and dramatic skylights.  The project also includes a central courtyard and a quaint pedestrian-friendly alleyway.
